聖喬治假日Staybridge Suites(Staybridge Suites ST George)

This hotel has really good facilities including big pool, outdoor basketball and pickleball courts, there is also free laundry service.

We stayed in a 2-room suite that was simply beautiful until, 9:00. That’s when it seemed like Cirque du Sole was above our room. We let it go for a while expecting it to stop. Nope. 11pm it finally got quiet. Then at 7am it started again. In hindsight, I should’ve called the front desk 😩

All staff we interacted with from housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and food attendants were so kind and really went the extra mile to make our stay nice. We appreciated the small details of a little ghost they made from a towel in our rooms kitchen and fall themed sprinkles for the yogurt bar. This is a very nice place to stay.

Nice hotel, ok breakfast/social hour which was unique. The TV, where do I start. First it is off to the side of the bed??, Second it get about 12 channels but not FOX news. (CNN and other questionable “news” channels were available). Next the TV guide is out of sync with the programming by an hour. Guide in Utah time and programming on CA time??? If you want to stream your own programs from your phone that may work. The shower and toilet are in the same room, it has an impressive 3 1/2’ wide door that opens into the shower room, not too inconvenient if you stand on the toilet to open and close the door. Sink is basically in the bedroom. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms dirty, no shower soap, Housekeeping showed up once during 7 night stay, emptied trash and changed towels and thats it. Beds never made, rooms not vacuumed or dusted. Soap dispenser in shower remained empty all week. Desk handed us mini soap bars. No one seemed to care.

Very clean. Nice room. Clean & comfortable bed. Good breakfast. HVAC system in the basement ran constantly & sounded like a muscle car starting over & over. This made it difficult to get to sleep.

Beforw we even checked in our card was charged for $40 more than we were told it would be. Then we were charged another $20 at check in. Both nights of our stay at 2:03 a.m. we were charged again for each night. $686.96 was charged to our card when the stay was supposed to cost $323. We were told at check out that the first charge of $363.48 was to make sure the card was going to go through because the hotel was full. Once that went through we should not have been charged again each night. When we asked the front desk about it he said thats just what we do. It will take up to a week for our bank to take away the pending amounts that never should have been charged to our account. We have stayaed at full hotels before and they have never run our card an hour before check in. We picked pay at property so they shouldn't have run the card. Even though the room was nice we will never stay here again due to our card being charged before we got to the property.

Zion national park를 가기위함 숙박이었는데, 위치는 중심에서 10분정도 떨어져 있지만 조용하고 야외 수영장이 예쁜 호텔입니다. 룸이 크지는 않지만, 주방의 물품들의 관리가 잘되어 있었고 게스트세탁기와 건조기가 많고 잘 유지되어 있었고 조식에 신선한 베리도 제공되었습니다. 아쉬운 점은 나의 룸의 욕조마개가 고장나있었고 샤워기의 절반의 물은 욕조를 향하는 수전으로 물이 세는 점이었습니다. 일부 그릇이 식기세척기에 세척되지 않은 상태로 남아있었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 자신의 일을 열심히 하는 것처럼 보였습니다.
